The data is processed by authorised Chronos staff (sales and technical departments) and by the suppliers who help us run the website and handle requests, appointed as data processors:

- the provider of our company email, whose server also sends the emails generated by the forms.
We do not sell or disclose the data, and we do not use it for profiling.

Some suppliers (Cloudflare, and Google for the website fonts) may process data in the United States. The transfer is based on the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework or on the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.

7. Your rights
You can ask at any time for access to your data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interest (Articles 15–22 GDPR). You can withdraw your newsletter consent without affecting processing already carried out.
Just write to [email protected]. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (garanteprivacy.it).
8. Cookies and similar tools
This website does not use profiling or advertising cookies, either first-party or third-party. That is why it does not show a consent banner.
It only uses technical tools, which do not require consent (Article 122 of the Italian Privacy Code and the Data Protection Authority guidelines of 10 June 2021):
- Browser storage (localStorage and sessionStorage): remembers your chosen light or dark theme (
chronos-tema), the codes added to the quote request (chronos-offerta) and the section to open when moving from one page to another. This data stays in your browser, is not sent to Chronos and can be deleted in your browser settings. - Cloudflare Turnstile captcha, on forms only: checks that the request does not come from an automated program, using technical browser data.
- Visitor statistics with Cloudflare Web Analytics: aggregated, anonymous data, with no cookies.
- Fonts from Google Fonts: to display them, your browser connects to Google's servers, which receive your IP address.
